ORDER:
The writ petitioners in W.P.No.14375 of 2012 filed this contempt case seeking appropriate action against the fourth respondent in the writ petition for not implementing the order dated 17.05.2012 passed in the writ petition.
The learned Asst. Government Pleader for Social Welfare however submitted that the order dated 17.05.2012 passed in W.P.No.14375 of 2012 was set aside by a Division Bench of this Court through judgment in W.A.No.737 of 2012 dated 17.10.2012. Consequently, there is no order which can be said to have been not implemented by the fourth respondent. Thus, there is no question of Contempt of Court in this case. The contempt case, in fact, has become infructuous.
Recording the submission of the Asst. Government Pleader, the Contempt Case is dismissed as infructuous.
