It is represented by the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare that in compliance with the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21260 of 2011, the Muslim Minority Status Certificate granted to the 2nd petitioner – College has been extended till 20122013 by proceedings dated 26.08.2011. A copy of the said proceedings has also been placed before this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
