O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the impugned action of the respondents in dispossessing the petitioner from her residential building bearing No.57/2-A situated in the land of an extent of about 727.4 square yards bearing plot No.27 in survey No.57, Kanta Basti, Tirumulgherry, Secunderabad, is arbitrary and illegal.
This Court, while issuing rule nisi, by order dated 21.05.2004 in W.P.M.P.Nos.11838 and 11839 of 2004 directed restoration of the possession to the petitioner and the said order has been in operation althrough.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has subsequently filed Writ Petition No.15185 of 2004 assailing the order passed by the Special Court under the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982 dated 26.02.2004 in L.G.C. Nos.22 and 23 of 1998 and the said writ petition was disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 25.08.2004 directing that the petitioner’s possession shall not be disturbed otherwise than in due course of law.
In view of the said order in Writ Petition No.15185 of 2004, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
