The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 28.11.2011 to the Registry stating that the matter is likely to be settled out of the Court and therefore, requested the Registry to list the matter under the caption for withdrawal.
Accordingly, today, the matter has been listed under the caption for withdrawal and the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
