WRIT PETITION No.404 of 2011
ORDER:
Learned counsel for both the parties are at ad idem that this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.6016 of 2010 dated 02.07.2010, which was allowed.
In view of the above, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the orders dated 02.07.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6016 of 2010, and the Sub-Registrar, Piler, Chittoor District, respondent No.4 herein, is directed to receive the documents presented by the petitioners and process the same for registration in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. There shall be no order as to costs.
