ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has submitted representation dated 08.09.2010 to the first respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds to him in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3.52 cents in Sy.no. 650/1 situate at Gadikota village, Giddalur Mandal of Prakasam District, the said representation has not been decided so far. Hence this Writ Petition.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2010, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from
the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
