allegation of involvement in accident. Subsequent to that, he filed an appeal to the Deputy Chief Traffic Manager, Visakhapatnam (U) Region, but the same was rejected on 27-9-2010. Thereafter, he filed a review petition to the Regional Manager-1st respondent stating that while he was driving his bus on 21-2-2008 a cyclist was moving in front of his bus, observing the same, he had blown horn, meanwhile some other vehicle came across him and in view of this confusion, the said accident occurred and in this connection, he was acquitted by judgment dated 194-2010 in C.C.No.1560 of 2008 on the file of the 4th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. After examining his review, the Regional Manager-1st respondent ordered for his re-engagement vide his proceedings, dated 26-2-2011 as fresh contract Driver. Subsequent to that, he has been reinstated into service and has been performing his duties. Recently, the respondent authorities prepared a list for regularization of services of Contract Driver. The juniors to him were also placed in the list of the candidates for regularization. But unfortunately, ordering re-engagement without mentioning continuity of service by the respondents, his name was not considered for regularization.
