ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject matter of this writ petition has become infructuous as the appellate authority has passed an order, which has been received by the petitioner, recently. Therefore, he submits that this writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous with a liberty to the petitioner to question the validity of the order passed by the appellate authority.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with a liberty to the petitioner to question the validity of the order stated to have been passed by the appellate authority. There shall be no order as to costs.
