COMMON ORDER:
In view of the judgment of the learned Division Bench of this Court today in W.P.No.12726 of 2009 and batch, which judgment is pronounced in writ petitions urging identical issues as arise in these writ petitions, and for reasons recorded therein, these Writ Petitions are also liable to be dismissed.
The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed. No costs.
A copy of the judgment, dated 20.01.2011, in W.P.No.12726 of 2009 and batch shall be annexed to this order.
