This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“… to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to interfere and grab the land of the petitioners admeasuring Ac.5-00 cents situated in Sy.No.159, Vayalpad Revenue Village & Mandal, Chittoor District, without following the due process of law as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the land of the petitioners admeasuring Ac.5-00 situated in Sy.No.159, Vayalpad Revenue Village & Mandal, Chittoor District…”
At the hearing Sri K.Suresh Kumar Reddy learned counsel for the petitioners sought for permission of the court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
