Heard both sides.
It has been represented during the course of arguments that having regard to the facts and circumstances, the writ appeal has, in fact, become infructuous and further W.P.No.25372 of 2010 is squarely covered by the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court, dated 2912-2010 in W.P.No.27920 of 2010 and batch, which also arose under similar circumstances and seeking similar relief, resulting in dismissal.
It is also represented that W.P.No.25067 of 2010 has also become infructuous as subsequently a fresh sale notification was issued and against the same, separate writ petitions were filed and disposed of.
Following the same, the writ appeal and both the writ petitions
are dismissed. No order as to costs.
