ORDER:
Dr.P.B.Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that his client intends to file a representation to the higher authorities against the impugned order and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
