ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 08.12.2011 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition and therefore, requested the Registry to list the matter under the caption for withdrawal.
Accordingly, today, the matter has been listed under the caption for withdrawal and the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail remedies available under law.
Accordingly, permission is accorded and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
