The Court made the following:
COMMON ORDER:
In this batch of writ petitions, the petitioners, who are Field Assistants, Technical Assistants, Computer Operators and Agriculturists, as the case may be, have questioned the notices demanding certain amounts towards alleged misappropriation of funds under the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme.
At the hearing, it is agreed between the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for the respective parties that the issues raised in these writ petitions are squarely covered by the judgment of
this Court, dated 19.01.2011, in W.P.No.22984 of 2010 and batch. Having regard to the same, these writ petitions are allowed in terms of the said judgment with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
