Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court will be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or directions more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents No. 1 to 3, in non preventing the respondent No. 4 and 5 from opening new Rajiv Centre where R.S.D.P., unit is already functioning at Thrumalagiri (V&M) Nalgonda District as per Letter No. 113/ Rajiv/ E.D.S./2005, dt. 08-12-2005, is illegal, arbitrary and violation of the articles 14 & 16 of the constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondent No. 4 and 5 not to open Rajiv Center at Thrumalagiri (V&M), Nalgonda District, where RSDP unit of the petitioner is already functioning.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed therein and the order of the High Court dated: 03-02-2006, 20-02-2006 & 09-03-2006 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Bethi Venkateshwarlu Advocate for the petitioner and of G.P for Energy for Respondent No. 1 & 2 and G.P for Revenue for Respondent No. 3 and Sri N. Niranjan Reddy Advocate for the Respondent No. 4 the Court made the following ORDER:
The Status quo order granted on 03-02-2006 is extended until further orders.
