ORDER:
Learned Government Pleader has pointed out that the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh has already passed orders through his proceedings Rc. No. 566/H1/2011, dated 7.7.2011 rejecting the proposal for correction of date of birth of the writ petitioner. In view of this, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and it is open to the writ petitioner to take all such measures as are available to him under law to challenge the correctness or otherwise of the orders passed by the Commissioner and Director of School Education, referred to supra, a copy of which has been supplied to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
