The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to hold the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner for part time Ph.D-2009 programme in pharmacy as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner and Sri G.Venkat Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri K.Rathangapani Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that Ph.D-2009 programme has already been completed and that in the absence of any interim order, the petitioner was not admitted in the said programme.
In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel representing the learned standing counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.25136
of 2009 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
