HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.15140 of 2011
ORDER:
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue who secured instructions in the matter submits that without enclosing necessary material in support of the claim made in the appeal dated 21.05.2011, the petitioners preferred the appeal, but, however, the Joint Collector, Khammam, is now in the process of collecting the necessary record from the revenue and hence he could not dispose of the appeal so far.
The 1st respondent – Joint Collector, Khammam may entertain and deal with the appeal preferred by the writ petitioners herein on 21.05.2011 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of Six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
It is needless for me to observe that notice of hearing of the appeal be served on all sides concerned and an opportunity of hearing be accorded to the parties and thereafter the appeal be decided on its merits by assigning appropriate reasons for the conclusions drawn.
This writ petition stands disposed of with this order. No costs.
