ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…..to issue a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in conducting auction on 23-122010 for recovery of alleged loan amount as illegal and ultra vires to the provisions of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and the provisions of the A.P. Co-operative Societies Act and the Rules framed thereunder besides directing not to confirm the auction conducted on 23-12-2010…”
At the hearing, Sri V.S.R. Anjaneyulu, learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that the cause in the Writ Petition does survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.1821/2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
