The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail alternative legal remedy available to him.
Accordingly, permission is accorded and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawan with a liberty to the petitioner to avail legal remedies available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
