JUDGMENT:
The appellant’s counsel reported that all the
defendants executed sale deeds for the suit property in
favour of third parties, who in turn executed another sale
deed in favour of Saibaba temple, which is being represented by the appellant herein and that therefore this
appeal has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as
infructuous.
