JUDGMENT:-
This Second Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 19.07.2011 of the Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam rejecting A.S. No. 50 of 2010 whereby the decree and judgment dated 19.06.2009 passed by I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam allowing the decree in O.S. No. 1526 of 2006 were confirmed and the appeal dismissed.
The respondent filed the suit for recovery of an amount of Rs.60,000/- against the appellant herein on the basis of a promissory note dated 07.12.2003. The appellant herein as the defendant equivocally admitted the execution of the suit promissory note and asserted to have repaid the amounts. Both the Courts below found in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant, the appellant herein. No substantial question of law arises for consideration in this appeal.
There are no merits. Hence, the appeal is dismissed at the admission stage. No costs.
