O R D E R:
This civil revision petition is directed against the judgment dated 17th September 2010, passed in R.A. No.69 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, whereby and whereunder the R.A. filed by the petitioner herein against the order dated 22.12.2009 passed in R.C. No.266 of 2007 on the file of IV Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad, which was filed seeking eviction of the tenant from the petition schedule premises, was dismissed.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner/tenant has already vacated the premises and therefore the civil revision petition has become infructuous.
3. The civil revision petition is accordingly closed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
