Smt.V.Bindu, learned counsel representing Sri K.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the cause in this petition does not survive since the possession of the property was already taken for demolition by the Municipal Corporation.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
