ORDER
This civil revision petition is directed against an order dated 1909-2009 passed in I.A.No.1226 of 2009 by the III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, wherein and whereby the petition filed under Order 15 (A) read with Section 151 CPC by the plaintiffs seeking to direct the defendant to deposit arrears of rent from August, 2008 at Rs.11,100/- till the disposal of the suit, was allowed.
Petitioner herein is the defendant and respondents herein are the plaintiffs.
The facts of the case are that the defendant is tenant and plaintiffs are the landlords of the suit schedule premises which were let out in 2006 and the lease was renewed from time to time and the agreed rent is Rs.11,100/- P.M. As the defendant failed to pay the rents to the plaintiffs, they filed the present IA under revision.
When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the interim orders passed by this Court on 12.11.2009 have been complied with and the respondents may be permitted to withdraw the amount.
Under the above circumstances, the respondents are at liberty to withdraw the amounts so deposited by the petitioner and such withdrawal is subject to result of the suit. Further, the Court below is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of.
