ORDER
The limited grievance of the petitioners in this revision is in regard to non-disposal of S.A.No.111 of 2006 by the third respondent-Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short ‘the Tribunal’). Since the said Securitization Application is of the year 2006, without going into the merits of the matter, I deem it appropriate to direct the Tribunal to dispose of S.A.No.111 of 2006, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of one month from today.
Subject to the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
