COMMON ORDER:

These two civil revision petitions arise out of the common order dated 30-6-2011 passed in IA Nos.746 of 2011 and 747 of 2011 in OS No.256 of 2002 by the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. The plaintiff-petitioner herein filed these two interlocutory applications, one for permission to reopen the evidence on the side of the plaintiff and another to recall PW-1 for the purpose of marking certain documents. By the impugned common order, both the applications were dismissed. Hence these revision petitions.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. Perused the impugned common order passed by the Court below.

It is borne out from the record that on earlier occasion the plaintiff sought to file certain documents along with an application IA No.3518 of 2009 with delay in filing those documents, but the same was dismissed by the Court below by order dated 4-12-2009. The matter was carried in revision and this Court in CRP No.251 of 2010 dismissed the revision confirming the order dated 4-12-2009 refusing grant leave to receive the documents. When once the matter attained finality, the petitioner cannot again be permitted to file the similar application for the self same relief. Apart from that it is stated that the matter is posted for arguments. The suit is of the year 2002. In the circumstances, I do not find any illegality or irregularity in the impugned common order passed by the Court below warranting

interference by this Court. The civil revision petitions fail and they are accordingly dismissed. No costs.
