HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE GHULAM MOHAMMED CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO. 2285 OF 2011
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed aggrieved by the Order dated 30.03.2011 passed in I.A.No. 421 of 2010 in O.P.No. 725 of 2010 by the Family Court, Hyderabad.
Heard both sides.
The Court below with the consent of both the
parties passed the following order:
“Both parties present. Heard both parties. As suggested by both parties visitation rights for the petitioner is given in between 3 pm and 5 pm on every 2nd Sunday and 4th Sunday in NTR Garden. Respondent is directed to take the children to the NTR garden by 3 PM and handover the children to the petitioner. Petitioner has to spend with the children under the observation of respondent. The petitioner offered Rs. 35,000/- PM. Respondent demanded Rs. 50,000/PM for which petitioner also agreed. Respondent is directed to furnish the expenditure statement in detail for
spending Rs. 50,000/- PM by the end of first week of every month. Respondent is directed to pay Rs. 50,000/- PM to the petitioner and the children as agreed and shall continue to pay the same on or before 10trh of every succeeding month.”
In view of the above compromise entered into by both the parties, I see no reasons to interfere with the order passed by the Court below and the Civil Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
