ORDER :
In a petition filed by the Judgment-debtor under Order XXI, Rule 97 C.P.C, during the course of enquiry, the Judgmentdebtor filed a third party affidavit of one G.Naga Lakshmi. The present petition was filed by the Judgment-debtor under Order XI Rule 14 and Section 151 C.P.C for directing the decree-holder to furnish certified copy of title deed of G.Naga Lakshmi. The title deed copy of G.Naga Lakshmi is wholly irrelevant for the purpose of pending enquiry in the lower Court. It is evident that the judgment-debtor filed the present petition in the lower Court to drag on the proceedings with an ulterior motive. The lower Court rightly dismissed the petition. There are no grounds herein.
2) Accordingly, the Revision Petition is dismissed.
