This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the judgment, dated 06.04.2011, delivered by the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad in R.A.No.161 of 2008, confirming the order, dated 20.08.2008, passed in R.C.No.164 of 2005 on the file of the II Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad. The said R.C. was filed by the respondents herein-landlords under Section 10(2)(i) and Section 10(3)(a)(iii)(b) of A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, for eviction of the petitioner herein-tenant from the schedule premises on the grounds of default in payment of rents by the petitioner herein-tenant, bona fide personal requirement, etc. The learned Rent Controller after considering the entire evidence, both oral and documentary, adduced before him on behalf of either of the parties, allowed the said R.C. ordering eviction of the petitioner hereintenant from the schedule premises. Challenging the same, the petitioner herein-tenant filed the said R.A., and the lower appellate Court on reappreciation of the entire evidence on record and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, upheld the order of the Rent Controller and dismissed the said R.A. As against the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
