ORDER:
Learned Counsel for the petitioners while submitting that the appeal lies against the impugned order, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file an appeal.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioners are at liberty to avail the remedy of appeal. It is made clear that the period from the date of filing of this revision till today shall be exempted while computing the period of limitation for filing the appeal.
Registry is directed to return all the original material papers to the petitioners.
