THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GOPALA KRISHNA TAMADA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.499 OF 2004

JUDGMENT:

This Court passed the following order on 06.04.2009:“A memo filed signed by the petitioner herein and the first respondent-complainant stating that both parties have settled the matter and in pursuance of the same, the petitioner paid Rs.45,000/- towards full and final satisfaction of the amount due to the complainant and that compromise may be recorded acquitting the petitioner. The petitioner-accused is present before the Court. The 1^st respondent-complainant is not present before the Court. The petitioner’s case is that the 1^st respondent-complainant has signed on the full satisfaction memo. In the above circumstances, the parties are directed to file necessary petition before the trial Court for recording the compromise. The trial Court is directed to pass appropriate orders and then report the matter to this Court.

Office is directed to transmit the lower Court records to the concerned.

Post the matter after receipt of report from the court concerned.”

Having perused the said order, this Court is of the view that no further orders need to be passed in this Revision. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is closed.
