JUDGMENT:
The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner - complainant submits that the civil suit in O.S. No.1536 of 2004 on the file of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, was compromised between the parties and as such, no orders are required to be passed in this revision.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
