THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE B.N. RAO NALLA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.201 OF 2005
JUDGMENT:
This revision was admitted on 10-02-2005 and thereafter it came up for hearing on 03-02-2011. Since none appeared for the petitioner – complainant and there was no representation on his behalf, the matter was adjourned on 03-02-2011, 04-02-2011 and 10-02-2011. Thereafter,
on 17-02-2011, though the matter was adjourned finally at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, continuously on 17-02-2011, 24-02-2011, 04-03-2011, 10-03-2011 and 11-03-2011 neither there was appearance nor representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, on 11-03-2011, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption “for dismissal.”
Today also, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption “for dismissal”, none appeared for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.
In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default.
