This Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order, dated 07.01.2011, in Crl.M.P.No.57 of 2009 in M.C.No.24 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Khammam, wherein the said application filed by the respondents 1 and 2 herein for interim maintenance, was allowed, directing the petitioner herein to pay Rs.2000/- per month to the 1^st respondent and Rs.1000/- per month to the 2^nd respondent.

2. Heard both sides. Perused the records.

3. The marriage of the petitioner herein with the 1^st respondent is not disputed, as also the birth of the 2^nd respondent to them during the lawful wedlock. It is stated that the 2^nd respondent is now studying 8^th class. Petitioner is stated to be a Pastor and running an orphanage also. Respondents 1 and 2 filed M.C.No.24 of 2009 seeking maintenance on the ground that the petitioner deserted them and neglected to provide any maintenance. They also filed Crl.M.P.No.57 of 2009 seeking interim maintenance. The Family Court awarded Rs.2000/- per month to the wife and Rs.1000/- per month

to the 2^nd respondent. This Court, by order, dated 28.01.2011 while granting interim suspension of the operation of the impugned order directed the petitioner to pay interim maintenance @ Rs.1500/- per month to the respondents 1 and 2 herein. It is stated that the interim order has been regularly complied with. 4. The various contentions raised by the petitioner and the respondents regarding the justification for the respondents to stay away from the petitioner and seek separate maintenance and also the quantum of maintenance, if any, to be granted, will be considered by the Family Court during the course of enquiry in the main M.C.No.24 of 2009. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is working as a Pastor and also running orphanage and that the respondents are stated to be not having any independent source of income and the 2^nd respondent is a girl student studying 8^th class, it is considered that pending disposal of the main case, petitioner be directed to pay maintenance of Rs.2000/- per month to the respondents 1 and 2, payable before the 10^th of every succeeding month.

5. Having regard to the fact that the main case was filed in 2009, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of the same at an early date, on its own merits, without in any way being influenced by the interim order passed by this Court or the final orders passed hereinabove.

6. In the result, Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
