THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9737 OF 2011
ORDER:
The petitioner filed the present criminal petition with a prayer to quash the proceedings initiated against him in M.C. No.86 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court, Viajayawada, Krishna District.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has not insisted for granting of the main relief sought for in this criminal petition. However, he prayed for dispensation of the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court.
Considering the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates on which the learned Magistrate insists for the same and the petitioner shall be properly represented by his counsel before the trial Court.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
