ORDER:
This criminal petition was filed for quashing of FIR No.128 of 2009 of Yeleswaram PS, East Godavari District.
Sri Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner says that the charge sheet has now been filed and it has also been registered as P.R.C. on the file of the concerned Magistrate. Hence, it follows that the matter becomes infructuous.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
