This Criminal Petition is filed by the defacto-complainant seeking to quash the proceedings against the accused in CC.No. 190 of 2011 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which arose out of Crime No. 18 of 2011 of Women Police Station, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad on the ground that subsequent to the filing of the case, the petitioner and her husband who are now present in the Court settled their misunderstandings and now are living together. They admitted the said fact before this Court. In spite of the compromise, the matter is kept pending before the courts concerned, it is nothing but abuse process of law and results in undue hardship to the parties.
2. Therefore, the entire proceedings in CC.No. 190 of 2011 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which arose out of Crime No. 18 of 2011 of Women
Police Station, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, are quashed and the Criminal Petition is allowed.
