HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5765 of 2009
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings initiated against them in Crime No.213 of 2009 of P.S. Mattevadi, Warangal District.
Heard.
The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 427 and 447 of IPC. The complaint prima facie reveals specific allegations against the petitioners. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the crime, at this stage.
However, since the offence arose out of some civil disputes, the police are hereby directed to complete the investigation into the Crime without making arrest of the petitioner and file a final report before the competent Court either way.
The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, disposed of and the miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed shall stand closed.
