The Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions reports that, the Police filed charge sheet in Crime No. 141 of 2009 of Khammam II Town Police Station, FIR in which crime is sought to be quashed herein and that the charge sheet is registered as CC.No.39 of 2010 on the file of 1st Additional Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Khammam. In that view of the matter, this Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
