ORDER:
Sri Posani Venkateswarlu, Advocate for the petitioners reports that subsequent to filing of this petition, the police filed charge sheet against the petitioners under different sections of penal law, but deleting Section 409 IPC and Section 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
In that view of the matter, this petition for quashing FIR in Cr.No.121 of 2009 of I Town Police Station, Eluru, West Godavari District has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
