ORDER:
Petitioners-A.2 to A.5 approach this Court with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in crime No.142 of 2011 of Chanda Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B and 498A of Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the petitioners are residents of Karimnagar and the offence took place in Hyderabad and the petitioners are no way connected with the alleged offence.
The matter is still under investigation. After completion of entire investigation only, the involvement of the petitioners would come into light. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation.
The petitioners can raise the contentions raised before this Court before the investigation officer and the investigation officer shall consider the same during the course of investigation.
With above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
