ORDER:
1 Basing on the report given by the second respondent herein the Station House Officer, Prakash Nagar P.S. Rajahmundry, registered a case in Cr.No.36 of 2010 against the petitioner herein for the offence punishable under sections 380 and 454 of IPC. The same is questioned in this petition.
2 On 19.01.2011 when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation both in the morning session as well as in the afternoon session. Hence the matter has been adjourned to today. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner in both the sessions. Hence the petition is dismissed for default.
