HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12347 of 2011
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioneraccused No.2, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings initiated against him in Crime No.89 of 2011 of P.S. Gollapalli, Karimnagar District.
Heard and perused the record.
The offences alleged against the petitioner and other accused are punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 468 of IPC. Admittedly, the matter is at the stage of investigation. Further, the complaint prima facie reveals some allegations against the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings against the petitioner, at this stage.
However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the police are hereby directed to complete the investigation without making arrest of the petitioners and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Police Officer concerned once in a week till filing of charge sheet.
With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed shall stand closed.
