JUDGMENT:
Sri Koduru Ramachandra Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant – accused, informed the Court that the appeal has become infructuous as the appellant – accused was already released from the jail in view of the G.O. issued by the State Government.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
