JUDGMENT:
Today Sri V.Raghu, the learned counsel appearing for petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2105 of 2011 which is filed by the legal representatives of deceased G.Narasaiah who is the original appellant in Criminal Appeal No.1017 of 2004 which was filed from a conviction, says that he wants to withdraw the petition.
In view of the request made by Sri V.Raghu, Crl.M.P.No.2105 of 2001 in Crl.A.No.1017 of 2004 is dismissed as withdrawn and it therefore follows that the appeal Crl.A.No.1017 of 2004, by operation of law, stands abated and it is ordered to be removed from the file of the Court. It shall be open for the petitioners to pursue the remedies available to them on administrative side for the service benefits of the deceased appellant in accordance with law.
