This Criminal Appeal arises out of the judgment dated 05-5-2010 passed by the XVI Additional Judge-cum-XX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in CC.No. 638 of 2008.
2. When the matter is listed today under the caption “for withdrawal”, Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in view of the compromise between the parties, the appellant instructed him to withdraw the above criminal appeal.
3. Recording the above submission, the criminal appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
