As there was no representation on 10.03.2011, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption of “for dismissal” on 17.03.2011. On that day also there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and again the matter was posted today. Even today also when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
