JUDGMENT:
The C.M.A. was referred to Lok Adalat through order, dated 29.09.2011. A Lok Adalat comprising of Chairman and two Members was held at Guntur on 24.11.2011. The compromise arrived at between the parties was recorded through an award. The contesting parties in the appeal have signed the award in token of their acceptance of the contents thereof.
Therefore, the C.M.A. is allowed in terms of the award, dated 24.11.2011. There shall be no order as to costs.
