COMMON JUDGMENT:
The claimant and his counsel are present. The learned counsel for the appellant/insurer is present.
2. It is stated by both sides that the claim has been settled out of Court for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in full settlement. The joint compromise memo signed by both parties is also filed to
the said effect.
3. In view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties amicably outside the Court, the compromise as per the terms mentioned in the joint compromise memo is recorded and C.M.A.M.P.No.1249 of 2011 is ordered.
4. In view of the compromise recorded in C.M.A.M.P.No.1249 of 2011, the C.M.A. is disposed of as settled out of Court without costs.
